Self-catering accommodation sleeps 4-6 comprising of:

Lower floor:

Two double bedrooms (one en-suite, shower over bath)
One Bunk bedroom
Washing machine, ironing board, iron with laundry accessories also situated on ground floor.

Upper floor:

Comfortable lounge with panoramic views of the Sound of Islay and the Paps of Jura.  Has colour television, video and open fire (hardwood logs available on request)
Fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, fridge and combination microwave oven.

Dining room again with spectacular views towards Jura and Mull.  Bathroom.
Electricity is included in price.  Electric central heating throughout.
Beds will be made up for arrival however guests are requested to bring own towels.
Sorry No Smoking on premises and No Pets allowed.

Neil’s House is situated in the village of Caolila.  Hotel and shop in Port Askaig within walking distance approx. 1 mile.

Islay has wonderful beaches, walks and wildlife.  It is a haven for bird-watchers and for families wishing to get away from the hustle and bustle of mainland life.
Golf is available on 18th hole championship course at Machrie Hotel.  Fishing (fly and sea) are available locally.
There are seven distilleries on the island and tours are available daily.
