The building has been converted from an old parish church and is virtually unchanged on the outside. It has been carefully restored and redesigned on the inside to provide a comfortable living space, which maintains the original simple style and grand scale of the interior. The furnishing is simple, colourful and interesting and much of it is antique.

The accomodation is on two levels, connected by a beautiful wooden staircase.

There are 3 bedrooms; 2 with double beds and 1 with twin beds.

Large open kitchen, with quarry tiled floor, hand made pitch-pine units with white marble tops. Electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge.

Bathroom with built-in shower, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail.

There is an enormous dining-room / reception room downstairs.

An open sitting area upstairs with TV, video, stereo and a peat-burning stove and a gallery overlooking the dining area below.

 

All rooms have heating radiators and there is a portable electric heater as well as the solid fuel stove. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer and the building is on mains water.
