The cottage is a 1 6th. Century traditional farmhouse, recently renovated to a very high standard. It is situated on Persabus Farm, a working hebridean sheep farm which has been managed by the Fletcher family for generations. It boasts a secluded position within one mile of the ferry terminal of Port Askaig, with unsurpassed views of the Sound of lslay and the Paps of Jura.

The cottage combines the traditional with the comfort of all modern conveniences.

-Sleeps 4-6 people (3 bedrooms - twin, double, bunks)
- oil fired central heating (inclusive)
- open fire in the sitting room, TV and video.
- -large. farmhouse kitchen fully eqipped with dishwasher, microwave
oven, electric cooker, raeburn, fridge.
- patio doors leading to a spacious private garden, complete with
barbeque
- utility room with washing machine and plenty of space for drying wet
clothing, walking boots etc.
- bathroom (bath, toilet and power shower)
- downstairs toilet
- small study
- linen provided, but guests are requested to bring their own towels
- electricity inclusive
- private parking

Children and pets are welcome, however, we would remind you that the cottage is situated on a sheep farm and would ask that you keep any dogs under a degree of control.
