Local produce, freshly prepared to order and served in elegant surroundings is the central theme of the restaurant. You can expect beef and lamb from local farms, game from island estates and scallops, lobsters and prawns from the Islay fishing fleet to feature on the daily changing menus. Quality vegetarian dishes are always a feature, as are a selection of fine wines from around the world. The public bar serves bar meals and has some of the finest malt whiskies in the world for you to sample. Packed lunches are also available on request.
